Dear Mr. Christoph Weiß,
How are you ? I feel anxiety for you.
Twelve years and eight months have passed since you and your father came to APS on the 2nd of October, 2006.
During the three years in the beginning, I couldn't understand utterly what you and JET did to APS.
Afterward, there were the meeting with the two staffs of BEGO on the 14th of June, 2012 and the trial with JET from the 16th of October, 2014 to the 2nd of February, 2017.
The wrong incident of BEGO kept to be ambiguous and clouded, so, I have
continued asking you and JET.
However, in spite of my asking, you and JET have never paid any attention
all the time, having kept on neglecting my asking.
While I was making such inquiries to you perseveringly and patiently, the
God taught me (Tricks of the wrong incident of BEGO).
The God declares the Truth evidently.
My heart is quite filled with gratitude to the God.
I will convey those contents to you, which I was taught by the God.
1. As you can see from the Certificates Lists published by PMDA, you did
`SEIRI` for the Certificates whichAPS applied for procedure of transition
as applicant.
Without any permission of APS !!
From the 10th of February, 2009, BEGO was not FMAH, but became one maker
of Ni Company. That is to say, as soon as the BEGO's Products Certificates
were published on the 10th of February,2009, BEGO became mere one maker.
2. On the 13th of September, 2013, you submitted the Certificates Seiri
report concerning APS to JET. However, the report was not signed by yourself,
but signed by another person.
At that stage, since you were already one maker of Ni Company, you did
not have any qualification to carry out the Certificates Seiri for APS.
3. While APS was applying for procedure of transition, which were based
on old Certificates Data and etc., you acquired Certificates in conspiracy
with JET, however those Certificates are all adulterate.
You and Ni Company are exporting and importing BEGO products by using those
adulterate Certificates.
Please have Glory to the God !! Please tell me everything frankly without
keeping any in secret.
APS are deeply distressed and suffering from hurt, damages and etc.
because of this wrong incident of BEGO and APS are seriously asking to
take your full considerations and to make proper reparation for damages
of APS so that APS can recover from present situations.
