Your company has changed the shipping company without informing us.

July 26, 2023

Dear Mrs. Urška Gradišnik,

Please find attached the document. Your company has changed the shipping company from SCHENKER ocean to Consol Tainer Line with effect from 20 October 2020 without informing us. You have also changed the company name from A.P.S. Co., LTD. to A.P.S., LTD. and slightly changed the address. Why did you do this?
Was it because your company had a meeting with Kobe Customs that your company was able to export to us even though our company name and address were slightly changed? Customs is a strict authority and will not normally clear a shipment with a subtle change in company name and address.
Did you have Kobe Customs clear the fictitious invoice RK22-13937 so that your company could start exporting to another Japanese company pretending to be A.P.S. Co., LTD?
Please do not violate the Memorandam of 24 October 2012.
As soon as possible, your company should report the fictitious invoice RK22-13937 to Kobe Customs and file a correction.
Even if Mr. Marjan Skočir is on summer holiday, please do so quickly.

Sincerely,

APS Co.
